Switch Of Venue Displeased Boxing Olympic Association
London 2012 Olympic Boxing tournament organizer anticipates moving boxing tournament to Wembley. Boxing Olympic Association disagreed and refused the move of venue. Organizers planned to move the boxing tournament to provide more space for badminton, rhythmic gymnastics, and sitting volleyball.
Olympic Board will discuss in the meeting regarding the latest development organizers are looking out for an 
alternative options and may build a temporary venue in Greenwich for other sports with the cost of £40 million. AIBA the international boxing federations want to stick with the original plan placed at Excel centre near to Olympic park according to them traveling until Wembley would be too much. In cooperation with national governing body and international federation did broad assessment on Wembley as an option. It concluded up by saying boxing needs to be held in Excel.
