Bolt sets his sight on a new target – 9.4 seconds
Usain St. Leo Bolt shaved of over a tenth of a second off the previous world record, this was the largest ever margin by with the world record has been improved in the 100 meters event ever since the introduction of electronic timing. In simple words Bolt shattered the world record as he raced to a breathtaking victory in the World Championship on Sunday in Berlin, Germany.
In a post race press conference Bolt said that now his eyes are set on a new target and that is 9.4 seconds. His other two arch rivals Tyson Gay of US and fellow countrymen Asafa Powell finished second and third with a timing of 9.71 and 9.84 seconds respectively. American Tyson Gay also broke the US national record in the same event finishing behind Bolt.
Now all eyes are set on the next major clash of the titans, if Gay can recover from the groin injury and run the 200 meters event on Thursday. Bolt holds the world and Olympic record in the 200 meter event which he created in Beijing Olympics. The heats for the 200 meters event start on Tuesday with the final race on Thursday.

I doubt if he can run 9.4 sec, May be 9.5-9.58 sec
In this one the big burst was competition with Powell and Gay.
He may not even be able to repeat that performance
